Conservative Values

As Attorney General, Stephen will be South Carolina’s top prosecutor, aggressively targeting violent crime, cracking down on fentanyl traffickers, and defending law enforcement.

Stephen will enforce immigration laws to ensure our law enforcement agencies are cooperating with President Trump’s crackdown on illegal immigration.

A tireless opponent of government overreach, Stephen will join other state Attorneys General in filing lawsuits to push back on Washington and unelected bureaucrats when they trample on states' rights.

Taking what he learned from starting his own small business, Stephen will protect small businesses from burdensome regulations that stifle growth and threaten local jobs.

Stephen has served as a JAG Officer in the South Carolina Army National Guard since 2019 and was deployed to North Africa in 2023.

Stephen's combat-proven military record underscores his commitment to duty, discipline, and defending our freedoms—making him the kind of Attorney General South Carolina can trust.

Stephen has a proven record of defending and strengthening the Second Amendment and what it means to South Carolinians. As a State Senator, he voted for Constitutional Carry, allowing permitless concealed and open carry of firearms for adults 18 and older.

As Attorney General, Stephen will fight to protect pro-life laws in court. As a State Senator, Stephen voted for the “Heartbeat Bill,” which bans most abortions after 6 weeks with certain exceptions.
